History of The Little Trip Boat
Constructed in 1998, the Little Trip Boat was originally designed as a live aboard house boat on The Grand Union Canal.
After suffering heavy damage from a fire in the mid-2000s, the shell of the boat was no longer suitable for living on, so it was sold and acquired by a tour boat operator on the Aylesbury Arm canal. She was given a full refit and overhaul, then from that point on, she was called the The Little Trip Boat.
She operated from the Aylesbury Basin for many years, running special trips for birthdays, holidays and group days out.

After 15 years of operation, the owner retired and The Little Trip Boat was aquired by The London Canal Company and it now operates private hires and public cruises on London's Regents Canal from Kings Cross.
